Northampton Country Club in Easton, Pennsylvania, a private club founded in 1899,  is seeking a General Manager and Chief Operating Officer who possesses the following attributes:

     - Demonstrated leadership skills to supervise, motivate, and develop a diverse staff
     - Ability to think strategically
     - A history of sound fiscal management
     - An understanding of the challenges facing private country clubs
     - Communication instincts that keep the Board of Governors and the members well informed of Club issues and development
      - Familiarity with and understanding of the hospitality industry

Northampton Country Club is a well established, fiscally healthy, comprehensive club that is completing a major renovation project that has generated renewed excitement among our 750 members. The new General Manager will be joining an active, vibrant organization during an important phase in our history.
