"I wanted to let you know we had a great Christmas Party at the Club on Saturday night and much of it was due to the great staff that worked our party as well as those behind the scenes.  Everyone commented on how wonderful their meal was and the hors d' Oeuvres beforehand were nicely presented.  I was very impressed (with the staff), they were a true delight in how they handled our guests and their attention to detail from beginning to end was exceptional."
